Franchise Business Review has named the PostNet printing franchise to its Top Franchises 2014 list, which highlights franchise systems that enjoy high franchisee satisfaction.

We have been a fixture on the list since Franchise Business Review debuted it nine years ago, and its a big point of pride, since it reflects not only the success of the brand, but the satisfaction of the owners we serve.

“We work hard to build a great opportunity and provide the tools and relationships to build a strong business, and it’s great to get confirmation that our efforts are paying off in happiness and success for our franchisees,” says PostNet CEO and co-founder Steve Greenbaum.

Franchise Business Review, a market research firm that helps guide people through the franchise buying process, generates its annual list by surveying thousands of franchisees nationwide and asking them to rate their franchise system across 33 benchmarks such as training and support, the quality of the leadership, operations and product development, general satisfaction, business lifestyle, and the overall enjoyment of running the business.

This year the firm surveyed nearly 26,000 franchisees representing more than 350 brands and 78,000 franchise units.

“What you get with PostNet is people who care about your quality of life and how you are doing,” says Sharon Foster, who has owned a PostNet in Charleston, S.C., for 10 years with her husband R.C. “You become part of the family. Corporate is part of your family, and we care about what happens to one another. We talk to one another, and they are very helpful without being intrusive. I’ve found them to be a great complement to my business.”
