Paolo joined MBE in 1993 and PostNet in 2017. Prior to MBE, Paolo was a senior executive with BNL Investment Bank and Coopers & Lybrand. Paolo is based in Milan, Italy but joins the PostNet management team and staff in Denver each month.

Ryan has been a leader in public companies, private companies and several of his own companies including one in the print and fulfillment space. Ryan grew up in Texas and currently resides in Colorado with his wife of 20 years and his three children.

Bill McPherson brings over 29 years in franchise leadership to his role with PostNet. Bill has led franchise development and real estate for B2B, B2C, retail, and in-home senior care concepts. He also spent 8 years as an executive with FASTSIGNS in the Dallas area. Bill currently resides in Colorado with his wife of 26 years and their youngest son.
For the past 10 years, Stephanie Johnson has supported franchise and association brands in amplifying their marketing strategies to drive growth. She earned her master’s degree in Integrated Marketing and Communications from Roosevelt University. Stephanie is from Illinois but moved to Colorado in 2018 to be close to the mountains.
