With over 20 years of experience in the franchise industry, Leticia has built a dynamic career grounded in training, field support, coaching, and franchise development. She currently plays a key role in identifying and guiding prospective franchisees through PostNet’s comprehensive Discovery Process and also assists current franchisees with expansion opportunities or planning their exit strategies, offering end-to-end support across the franchise lifecycle. Based in Colorado, Leticia and her husband have raised four children and are proud grandparents to three.
With a young, but dynamic background in franchise development, Kyle brings a well-rounded blend of experience in sales, operations, project management, and leadership development. Over the course of his career, Kyle has helped grow and support franchise networks by building strong relationships, driving performance, and aligning operational strategies with long-term business goals. Based in Colorado, Kyle is a passionate triathlete and always looking for a new challenge.
Paolo joined MBE in 1993 and PostNet in 2017. Prior to MBE, Paolo was a senior executive with BNL Investment Bank and Coopers & Lybrand. Paolo is based in Milan, Italy but joins the PostNet management team and staff in Denver each month.
