PostNet Franchise Gives Small Business Contest Winner a Brand Refresh

Small business in South Carolina wins a branding makeover from the nation’s premier marketing services franchise

PostNet, the nation’s premier print and marketing services franchise, recently announced Charleston Pet Resort, a small business in Charleston, South Carolina, as the winner of its Brand Refresh Contest.

The contest was launched in concert with PostNet’s national brand campaign, which updated the brand’s messaging to more effectively communicate our commitment to the success of American small businesses.

While the contest brought in submissions from wildly diverse brands across the spectrum of small business, it is fitting that the winner, The Charleston Pet Resort, has been serving the local pet community in Charleston for more than 20 years. As part of their prize, the Charleston Pet Resort will receive a logo redesign, business cards, brand brochures and more to help the small business freshen up its branding and continue to thrive in the community, compliments of PostNet.

“We are a small business with a large ‘pawprint’ specializing in pet care,” says Mary Keller, owner of the Charleston Pet Resort. “My staff and I want to show all clients, new and old, that pets are our passion and commitment when they are in our care. We look forward to this opportunity with a fresh new logo and marketing materials to go along with our much-anticipated facility upgrades!”

Locally-owned and operated PostNet printing, marketing and shipping franchises nurture the success of local businesses in their communities by providing creative, business-enhancing solutions, including graphic design, marketing, printing and shipping services that help them reach and win more customers. The range of services we offer makes us unique, as do the personal business relationships that our franchisees offer fellow entrepreneurs in their communities.

“We are thrilled with the variety and depth of responses this contest has generated,” says Kristi Omdahl, Senior Marketing Manager at PostNet. “We have a passion for providing marketing solutions to small businesses, and we’re excited to be a part of the continued success of this incredible small business.”

PostNet is the local partner for printing and marketing services for small businesses across the nation

PostNet has evolved from a humble pack-and-ship business into a forward-thinking marketing services franchise that specializes in providing professional solutions to the 28 million small businesses in the United States. We offer a full menu of services, including graphic design, full-service digital printing, direct mail, signage, document binding and finishing, and ancillary business services, like private mailbox rental and more. Unlike traditional postal and mailbox franchises, PostNet has strategic partnerships with all of the major logistics companies — UPS, FedEx, U.S. Postal Service and DHL — offering a multi-carrier selection, coupled with in-center professional packaging services to meet the shipping needs of our customers.

PostNet is way out in front of our competitors in the rapidly growing marketing services industry — the Titanic-sized brands aren’t nimble, local or authentic enough to be the local partner that a small business owner depends on.

In today’s fast-changing business environment, PostNet maintains a competitive position by being deliberate, strategic and forward-thinking.

“Each PostNet location is owned and operated by a local business owner, which means our franchise owners understand firsthand the day-to-day challenges small business owners face and are personally invested in the local partnerships they serve,” says Steve Greenbaum, co-founder and CEO of PostNet. “PostNet franchise owners are local business partners for the local business community; people who truly care about their customers’ success by delivering the right solutions to meet their printing, shipping and marketing needs.”

PostNet franchise owners are meaningful members of their communities

After kicking off the year with exciting center openings in California, West Virginia,
Connecticut, Georgia, and New York, Javier Ferrer’s location in Texas is the latest PostNet marketing services franchise to enter a new community. The iconic brand’s outlook for the rest of 2016 is strong. Throughout the year, PostNet will continue executing its strategic growth plan, expanding the brand into untapped and existing markets, domestically and overseas.

“Our continued franchise growth in 2016 demonstrates the strong demand for our customized, business-enhancing services,” Steve says. “Innovation has, and will always, drive our company strategy, making us well-positioned to develop products and services that meet the changing needs of consumers and businesses. We will be growing for years to come.”
