Meet the PostNet Management Team

Franchise industry leaders have guided PostNet from the beginning

PostNet CEO Steve Greenbaum and President and Brian Spindel have been friends and business partners for more than 30 years, combining their strengths and passions to grow the PostNet system. They co-founded their first business in 1983, when they were both in their early twenties. Since then, they have worked to support other entrepreneurs, first as consultants and then by founding the PostNet franchise in 1992.

As Chief Executive Officer, Steve serves as the company’s visionary, leading the way for the future with innovative ideas and creative new ways to approach business. Steve’s vision and business acumen has won respect throughout the franchise industry. He served as chairman of the International Franchise Association in 2008, was named the organization’s Entrepreneur of the Year in 2003, and received the Gary Rockwell Award for Excellence in Franchise Development in 2004. Steve was also featured in an episode of the CBS show Undercover Boss in December 2012 (Season 4, Episode 5).

Brian Spindel, President

As President, Brian uses his operational aptitude and business savvy to bring big ideas to life. Brian is a frequent panelist at International Franchise Association conferences and conventions and serves on the IFA’s Technology Committee, Research Committee and the IFA Educational Foundation’s Board of Trustees. He is recognized as an expert in operational support within the franchise industry. David Sparks, VP of Franchise Development

David is our Vice President of Franchise Development and has been since April of 2016.  David is a career franchise recruiter and has helped build many iconic franchise brands for the past three decades.  David is skilled at helping entrepreneurs work through the decision process to start new businesses. He brings substantial experience from helping grow other brands in the U.S. and Canada and is focused on helping expand the number of PostNet locations nationwide.

Kristi Omdahl, Director of Marketing

Kristi is our Director of Marketing and has been since March 2016.  She previously served as a Senior Project Manager at 90octane, Senior Account Manager at Cultivator Advertising, National Marketing Manager at CorePower Yoga and Director of Marketing at Cherry Creek North.  Her vision and creativity help grow Postnet’s business and support the franchise community.

Randy Anderson – Director of Real Eastate

Randy is our Director of Real Estate and has been since January 2014.  He served as the Director of Center Development and as the Operations and Logistics Director for Jobing.com.  Randy is instrumental in helping our franchisees find the best locations for their new businesses.

Andy Collins, Director of Franchise Support and Print Operations

Andy is an expert in graphic design, printing, marketing, information technology, networking and phone systems — and he’s a professional photographer, too. His range of knowledge is a huge asset for franchisees, and his demeanor is icing on the cake. As Director of Franchise Support & Print Operations, he heads our franchise support team and helps franchisees seize opportunities in the growing market for digital printing.

Alison Newcomb – Training Manager

Alison began her career in educational technology sales, before quickly finding her niche in training, where she was responsible for training all internal business development teams, as well as customers, on technology services and solutions.  Before joining Postnet, Alison also spent several years in sales management and most recently ran her own training and development consulting firm.
