IFA Honors PostNet Printing Franchise’s Fletchers as Franchisees of the Year
Tom and Michelle Fletcher of PostNet printing franchise among 35 franchisees honored
PostNet franchisees Tom and Michelle Fletcher of Sewell, N.J. were honored Monday, Sept. 16, by the International Franchise Association with its annual Franchisee of the Year Award.
The IFA recognized the Fletchers and 35 other franchise owner-operators during the IFA’s 14th Annual Public Affairs Conference for their outstanding performance and the contributions they have made to enhance the growth and development of franchising.
“The franchising community is an important part the U.S. economy due to the hard work of franchisees,” said IFA Chairman Steve Romaniello, managing director, Roark Capital Group. “The IFA is proud to recognize the outstanding efforts of Tom and Michelle Fletcher with the Franchisee of the Year Award and thank them not only for their work to promote franchising, but for the contributions they make every day to showcase how local business owners propel the economy in communities across the country.”
The Fletchers, married 30 years, have owned PostNet in Sewell since 2005. Both came from careers in banking and were attracted to PostNet because of the opportunity to become deeply involved in the local business community. Their location is consistently one of the top-earning franchises in the PostNet system, and the husband-and-wife duo has won numerous awards, including PostNet’s 2012 Franchisee of the Year.

Select locations also now offer website design and mobile payment processing solutions.

The Franchisee of the Year Award is a major component of the IFA’s Public Affairs Conference, which brings more than 400 franchise business leaders together in Washington, D.C. to carry the key messages of franchising to lawmakers on Capitol Hill.
