PostNet Franchise is on the Pulse of New Technology

The nation’s leading design, printing and shipping franchise continues to evolve to meet the needs of today’s consumer

PostNet is a brand with the rare ability to find relevance with consumers, and after nearly 25 years as a franchise system, it’s time to reveal how we do it. Since 1993, PostNet has continually evolved our proven business alongside technological advancements to not only meet the needs of the modern consumer but also to increase profitability for our franchisees.

This commitment to remaining on the cutting edge of new technology has helped make PostNet the leading design, shipping and printing franchise with 660 locations across 9 countries.

“One of the core reasons why PostNet has been so successful through the decades is that we continue to keep our finger on the pulse of the latest technology advancements to ensure that we are catering to the evolving needs of today’s consumer and business professional,” says Brian Spindel, President and COO with PostNet. “We’re extremely pleased that we can provide our franchisees with the tools, resources and partnerships needed to stay competitive in their local marketplace.”

While PostNet franchisees operate out of brick and mortar locations in the hearts of their communities, so as to be accessible and conveniently located for customers and small businesses alike, they now offer their customers a digital platform called the Online Print Center. This is significant because it allows for customers to request a quote or order print products online. The user-friendly platform gives customers 24/7 access to the same high-quality products and services they have come to expect from visiting PostNet’s centers in person, making managing their print projects even more convenient.

The Online Print Center works hand-in-hand with PostNet’s collaborative, in-person approach to problem solving. When customers walk through the doors of their local PostNet franchise, they know that their investment on print materials such as direct mailer campaigns, menus, posters and more, is going to be done professionally and exactly to their liking. The only difference is that now PostNet franchisees are empowered with the technology to give their customers the choice to reorder their materials whenever the need arises, even if business hours are closed!

Most recently, we announced further expansion of our service offerings by becoming the first national franchise to offer virtual mailbox solutions to businesses and consumers. By partnering with the leading virtual mailbox companies in the industry, Anytime Mailbox and iPostal1, PostNet customers* can view and manage their physical mail or packages from their mobile device or computer – anytime, anywhere. Users receive a notification when their mail arrives, along with a picture of the outside of their mail or package. With a simple click, customers can request to have their mail or packages forwarded, scanned, recycled or shredded.
